What is the program duration?

The program runs for 12 weeks (or 6 months for longer tracks), with a time commitment of 10 hours per week.

What is the mode of delivery?

The program is delivered fully online via live and recorded sessions — accessible from anywhere in India.

Who will be teaching the classes?

IIT faculty along with experienced industry mentors will teach the classes.

Will I receive a digital or physical certificate?

You will receive a digital certificate from the respective IIT upon successful completion. It's shareable on LinkedIn and verifiable by employers.

What makes this different from other online programs?

This is a joint program between Workskills X and a premier IIT — combining IIT faculty credibility, industry-led curriculum, and career support under one roof. Most online courses give you content; we give you outcomes.

Who is eligible to apply?

Anyone who has completed 12th standard or above can apply. No prior coding or AI experience is required — our curriculum is designed to be beginner-friendly.

What does the admission process look like?

Three steps: (1) Submit your application and pay the ₹100 application fee, (2) attend a selection & enrolment session if shortlisted, (3) start learning on Day 1 of the batch.

Is the application fee refundable?

No. The ₹100 application fee is non-refundable, regardless of the selection outcome.

When is the application deadline?

Applications close 10 days before the batch start date, or earlier if seats fill up. Apply early to secure your spot.

What is the selection criteria?

Shortlisting is based on your application — motivation, background, and goals. There is no entrance test. Most applicants who complete the form carefully get shortlisted.

What is the total program fee?

The total fee is ₹26,400 (+ 18% GST), which includes the ₹1,500 registration fee and ₹2,200 × 12 months EMI for the program content.

Are EMI options available?

Yes. We offer 12-month no-cost EMI through our NBFC partners — Propelld, Credit Fair, and Bajaj Finserv — with no upfront burden beyond the application and registration fees.

Is GST included in the displayed price?

No. 18% GST is charged extra on the total fee, as applicable under Indian tax law.

Are there any scholarships?

Merit-based scholarships are reviewed case by case. Please mention your situation during the enrolment session. We believe no deserving candidate should be held back by finances.

Can I pay the full fee upfront instead of EMI?

Yes. Lump-sum payment is accepted and comes with a small discount. Ask your enrolment advisor for details during your session.

When are the live classes held?

Live classes are held on weekends — typically Saturday and Sunday evenings (7–9 PM IST) — designed to fit working professionals and college students.

Are class recordings available?

Yes. Every live session is recorded and uploaded to your dashboard within 24 hours. You have access for 6 months post-program completion.

How many hours per week do I need?

Plan for 10 hours per week — about 4 hours of live class, plus 6 hours for assignments, projects, and self-study.

What if I miss a class?

You can catch up via the recording. Note that 65% live attendance is required to be eligible for the certificate and placement support.

Can I join from outside India?

Yes. The program is fully online. Students from the UAE, USA, Singapore, and other countries have enrolled. All times are in IST.

How do I get my doubts cleared?

Daily doubt sessions with TAs, plus a private Slack/WhatsApp community where instructors and peers respond throughout the week.

Is there 1:1 mentorship?

Yes. Every learner is paired with an industry mentor for monthly 1:1 sessions covering projects, career direction, and portfolio reviews.

What if I fall behind?

Your program manager will check in weekly. We have makeup sessions, peer study groups, and extra TA hours for anyone who needs catch-up support.

How quickly do you respond to queries?

Median first response is under 2 hours during working hours. Project-blocking issues are escalated immediately.

Is there a student community?

Yes — a private cohort community with 10,000+ active learners, past graduates, and hiring partners. Many students find jobs through peer referrals in this network.

Do you guarantee a job placement?

No program can ethically guarantee placements. We provide interview access, expert coaching, and a strong portfolio — outcomes depend on your effort and market conditions.

Who is eligible for placement support?

Learners with a 7+ CGPA and 65% attendance in the program qualify for our full placement support including referrals, mock interviews, and resume reviews.

What is the typical salary range?

Entry-level AI/ML and data roles typically range from ₹6 LPA to ₹15 LPA. Candidates transitioning from non-tech backgrounds often see 1.5–2× salary increments within 6 months of placement.
